Dr Gemma Ossolinski
With over 10 years of general practice experience, and time in paediatrics at Sydney Children’s Hospital, I have developed a focus in postnatal support and breastfeeding, unsettled babies, eczema and other as aspects of child health. I enjoy working with families who have concerns about their child's development or behaviour, and have additional training in screening for developmental issues.
I also have an interest in women’s health and contraception, offering consultations for Mirena insertion and removal, as well as Implanon insertion and removal.
I value taking the time to get to know my patients and developing a shared understanding of their needs and goals, whether addressing a short-term issue or managing a chronic condition.
With a Bachelor of Science from UWA and a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from the University of Sydney, I hold a Diploma of Paediatrics from Sydney Children’s Hospital/UNSW and a Fellowship from the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. I also have a Certificate in Sexual and Reproductive Health and NDC (Possums) accreditation.
Beyond my professional life, I am a proud mother of two young boys and a passionate advocate for neurodiversity. In my free time, I love exploring the great outdoors by foot, bike, or snowboard.

Dr Daniel Nguyen MD FRACGP
Dr Daniel Nguyen grew up in Shenton Park and graduated from The University of Notre Dame, Fremantle. He has a strong interest in chronic disease management, aged care, cardiology, and preventative health.
As a clinical lecturer and researcher at Curtin University Medical School, Dr Nguyen is passionate about education and advancing healthcare. He has presented internationally at cardiology conferences and is leading initiatives to enhance collaboration between GPs and allied health professionals, ensuring better care for patients with complex health needs.

Dr Alison Stubbs MBBS Grad Dip Wom Hlth FRACGP
Dr Alison Stubbs graduated from the University of Western Australia and obtained her Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 1995. She has completed a Graduate Diploma in Women’s Health.
She has worked in General Practice in the Nedlands area since 2007.
Alison has a special interest in healthcare of young adults, women’s health, including antenatal and postnatal care, and preventive healthcare.
Alison is available for appointments on Tuesdays

Dr Victoria Swarbrick (She/Her)
Dr Victoria Swarbrick is a local UWA graduate. She spent a number of years working across different specialties at Royal Perth and Fiona Stanley Hospitals before transitioning to General Practice, completing her specialist training in 2021.
She enjoys the variety of general practice, but it is developing long term therapeutic relationships with her patients and their families that she finds so fulfilling, and a real privilege. Dr Victoria is a strong advocate for empowering patients to take charge of their health journey.
Dr Victoria has an interest in chronic disease management and preventive medicine; children’s health, and women’s health. She can perform insertion and removal of hormone implants, iron infusions and minor procedures.
Outside of work she enjoys pilates and the beach, and is kept busy organising the social and sporting calendars of three small humans.

Dr Yvette Tan MBBS FRACGP DCH MHM
Practice Principal Dr Yvette Tan graduated from the University of Western Australia. She has completed a Diploma of Child Health and a Vocational Graduate Diploma in Women’s Health.
Yvette enjoys all aspects of General Practice. She has a special interest in infant and child health, women’s health, contraception and, antenatal and postnatal care. Yvette is trained in the insertion and removal of Implanon devices.

Dr Craig Berg MBBS FRACGP
Practice Principal Dr Craig Berg graduated from the University of Western Australia.
Craig specialises in the area of Aged Care. He enjoys all aspects of family general practice, with a particular interests in sports medicine and risk factor assessment/management in adults.

DR CHERYL KOH MBCHB FRACGP
Dr Koh graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2002, before emigrating to Australia in 2012.
Cheryl is particularly interested in all aspects of children’s health, women’s health and the management of chronic diseases. Cheryl also believes that good emotional health is important. Cheryl enjoys preventative health, helping patients continue to live in good health and wellbeing for as long as possible. As well as consulting at Hollywood GP, Dr Koh is also an examiner with the RACGP and is involved in the mentoring program for up and coming General Practitioners.
Due to Personal Beliefs Cheryl does not refer patients for pregnancy terminations.
Please note that Cheryl only bulk bills children up to 4 years of age.

Dr Rowena Cao MBBS(Hons) FRACGP
Dr Rowena graduated from Monash University and moved to Perth in 2023. She has completed the Sydney Child Health Program, Certificate of Skin Cancer Medicine and Advanced Clinical Certificate of Dermoscopy from the Skin Cancer College of Australasia.
Rowena is interested in all aspects of general practice. She is able to perform skin checks, skin biopsies, minor skin excisions, Implanon insertions/removals and iron infusions.
In her spare time, she enjoys baking and is looking forward to exploring WA.
Rowena is available for appointments Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning.

Dr Breeanna Swetman MBBS FRACGP
Dr Swetman graduated from the University of Western Australia.
Breeanna is especially experienced in child health, antenatal care and women’s health. She performs hormonal implants for contraception. She is interested in all aspects of general health care.

Dr Priscilla Tan MBBS DCH FRACGP PhD
Dr Tan graduated from the University of Western Australia. She has completed a Diploma of Child Health and holds a medical PhD.
Priscilla is experienced in all aspects of general practice including minor surgical procedures. She has a particular interest in dermatology, paediatrics and ophthalmology.
Priscilla has completed extensive research in ophthalmology and has experience in tutoring and lecturing medical students.

Dr Susan Martin MBBS BMedSci FRACGP Grad Dip PCP
Dr Sue Martin graduated from the University of Tasmania, and she has over 30 years experience in General Practice. She has recently joined this Hollywood GP after several decades in her previous practice.
She enjoys all aspects of General Practice,and has special interests in mental health (including eating disorders), women's health including menopause, and chronic disease management. She has completed a Graduate Diploma of Primary Care Psychiatry (UWA).
She believes in a collaborative approach with her patients. Helping them develop a management plan for their specific medical conditions to help them achieve physical and emotional well being. She does not personally insert Mirena/Implanon.
She is currently only taking on Eating Disorder care for those patients who consulted her at her previous practice.
When not at work she enjoys the outdoors, and keeps active walking, swimming and paddling.
PLEASE NOTE Sue offers discounted rates to children aged 5-12 with a valid Health Care Card, and Patients 80 and older with a valid Pension Card

Dr Lei graduated from the University of Western Australia.
Cory’s areas of interest are children’s health having completed a Diploma of Child Health through the University of Sydney, and managing chronic health problems.

Dr Jessica Huang MBBS (Hon) DRANZCOG VGDWH DCH FRACGP
Dr Huang graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery with honours from the University of Western Australia and is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP). She also holds a Diploma of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (DRANZCOG), Vocational Graduate Diploma of Women’s Health (VGDWH), Diploma of Child Health (DCH), Professional Certificate of Dermoscopy, and Professional Certificate of Skin Cancer Surgery. Jessica also works as a medical educator for GP trainees and is an examiner with RACGP.
Jessica has interests in women's health, paediatrics, and skin cancer medicine. She is experienced in performing hormonal implants, IUD insertions and removals, and minor surgical procedures. In her spare time, she enjoys running and is a strong advocate for preventative healthcare. She is committed to patient-centred holistic care.

Dr Gautam Khanna
Dr Gautam Khanna is an experienced UK trained GP who has been working in Australia for last 12 years providing comprehensive care in all aspects of General Practice including Men’s health, Women’s wellbeing and Paediatrics care. He has a background of ENT training and has a special interest in General Practice related Ear, Nose and Throat issues. He routinely performs ear micro suction, foreign body removals from ear and nose and minor surgical procedures like wound suturing, skin excision, cyst removal and ingrowing toenail resection. He is a Clinical Lecturer at UWA and enjoys training our upcoming new generation of doctors. During his free time, Dr Khanna enjoys going on long walks with his 2 dogs and spending time with family and friends.
